    1. Level of skills and expertise/complexity of the project.
    2. Research on the rates of other VA’s of like projects.

    Having a clear pricing structure is essential for business through the following ways
    1. It builds trust between clients and the VAs.
    2. Enables revenue growth – A structured pricing helps the VA by ensuring he or she is charging enough to cover the time, the services and every other expenses it might take to work for the client.
    3. Set expectations – it helps the clients know what they are expecting at the day or the services rendered.
    4. It also enables competitiveness by allowing clients compare your rates and service to other VAs.

    Qtn2. Client management.
    Qtn2a. Two strategies to maintaining positive relationship with clients are:
    1. Active communication – always schedule check ins to ensure the clients needs are met. Explain projects, goals, timelines, process and the progress of it to the client. Be responsive and easy to talk to/ easy to take instructions from the client.
    Qtn2b. How to address a dissatisfied clients requires a prompt, professional and solution focused approach. It’s includes
    1. Respond quickly by acknowledging and apologizing.
    2. Actively listen to understand their concerns, perspective and expectations.
    3. Clarify and confirm what you you’ve heard and understood, recap it to them so they know you have had them.
    4. Analyze and investigate to know where you went wrong.
    5. Provide solution by collaborating with the client to find a mutual beneficial solution.
    6. Implement the agreed solution promptly and correctively.
    7. Follow up with the client and get his or her review to ensure the issue is fully resolved.

    Qtn5. Email management.

    Qtn5b. Steps to effective email management.
    1. Set up and assessment. Gain access to the client email securely through proper authentication method. Then access the email properly to see the needs of the client and discuss with him/her to know their expectations, preferred responses, usage patterns etc. Use productivity tools like sandbox, unroll.me and boomerang for filtering, unsubscribing and setting reminders.
    2. Categorize and organize email by creating folder, labels for different category such as urgent, later, follow up, clients, projects etc and you can add colors to differentiate as well.
    3. Prioritize and Respond by scanning through the emails to see the ones which needs urgent response. Create or draft templates for quick and easy response.
    4. Clean up the email by unsubscribing from unnecessary mails, archiving old emails, deleting spam mails.
    5. Daily maintenance of the email checking at regular intervals throughout the day to sort, respond and delete mails.
    6. Communication and weekly report to the client with a summary of the weekly email management activities which includes, pending tasks, important mails that were addressed and how it was addressed etc.
