  1. I am Moses James, cohort 23 participant team 6. As an internal Auditor, the six points are of great essence for my work flow but the area that I need to improve upon is understanding the ethics and standards as well as the regulatory compliance.

  2. My name is Miracle Ohaka; I am a Virtual Assistant and Pharmacy Assistant, Communication, time management, knowledge of the regulatory environment, ethics, and standards, and continual professional development are vital in my practice.

  3. I’m Chukwufumnanya Okonji, Cohort 23, Team 9.
    As a Virtual Assistant, communication is a key skill I use daily, whether I’m responding to emails, or coordinating with clients. Time management is also vital because I handle multiple tasks, set priorities, and meet deadlines. Ethics and standards play a big role in my work too, since I handle sensitive information and always strive to be trustworthy.
    Regardless, I do have some skill gaps. I don’t use negotiation often, so I plan to improve by learning better persuasion techniques. I also have limited knowledge of the regulatory environment and I know that continuing professional development is necessary for growth, and I’m already working on this by taking this boot camp while planning to explore more learning opportunities. I can continue improving my skills and becoming even better at what I do.

I will like to learn more about the communication skills,continual professional management and ethics and adherence to standards. Cuz with this I think I will be able to grow beyond my expectation and learn how to manage, team,customer and project within the budget.

My current role as a customer support executive having good communication skills, Time management, Ethics and adherence to standards and Continual professional development are very essential both when relating with team members and customers. However, I do need to work on my Negotiation skills and also Understand the regulatory environment.
