I am Godwin Faith Chioma,cohort23 team 5; I am an entrepreneur.There are no doubts, in my line of business for it work? you need to bring in your A game In communication, time management and negotiation.In this field,competition is at its peak and most of the clients are 9-5 workers, they need you to reassure them that you’d give them what’s worth their time.
    So here,communication,Time management,negotiation is a vital tool for me in getting a satisfied client.

Continual Professional development is a skill I do periodically depending on what skills and technology as a Virtual assistant I need to enhance on or learn afresh. I am definitely open to understanding the regulatory environment, ethics and adherence to standards as it is something that doesn’t regularly click on my to do list.

  8. I am Ikechukwu Victor, a Researcher and aspiring investment Manager. In my current role as a financial advisor, I make use of the communication skills, negotiations, time management, ethical standards and CPD quite often.
    The Negotiation ability has really posed to be a major set back as I am indulged to meet with clients daily and convince them into getting our insurance policy. Although this policies are quite self saleable but to get a client to close can be really challenging.
    I’m hoping on leveraging the skills which I will gain from this course to solve this challenges.

The skills are very essential, we need all the skills to build a very good standard in a work place or personal business. I believe the project management course will help me achieve that and beyond

I have good communication skill, Time management, Ethics and adherence to standards and Continual professional development skills which are essential in my role as a Customer Experience Executive both when relating with my internal and external customers. However, I need to work on skills like Negotiation and Understanding the regulatory environment.
