As a An Advert Specialist, I most fail to manage my time and this give me issues on completing and ads or designing a sales funnel and sales automation and this has led to lags as a project manager time management should be the core and crucial training he should have because every project has a time frame allotted to it and time is a rare and irreplaceable commodity and any time lost is lost forever

      Conflict Resolution & Negotiation: It will enhance my skills on how to address community concerns, resolving disputes, and facilitating discussions between different interest groups.

      Collaboration & Team Communication: It will help me to learn and coordinate with teams, both internal and external, enhance my ability to work with Government officials, NGOs, and corporate partners in community projects.

      As a project manager in view, i must say that the six areas listed are paramount for a successful project execution. Any project void of a proportional amount of this set skills listed above is tantamount to being half baked.
      One of the major areas i need upskilling on to be effective as a project manager, is Time management.

      To address skill gaps in time management, consider the following:
      -Self assessment: Regularly evaluate your skills in these areas through assessment tools
      Training and workshops: Enroll in targeted courses or workshops that focus on time management.
      Continous Learning: Learning never goes out of style. Stay updated, read books, materials and articles related to area of need. Also the place of thorough research is not ticked off.

      By implementing these basic actions, you can effectively bridge the skill gap.

    The six skills are paramount to achieving a good project execution.

    Communication is key and is needed to navigate through the corridors of projects, to ensure effectiveness. I must learn to communicate the right words to clients and to my teams, to ensure we are all on same page.

    Negotiation is a powerful tool needed and I ought to have this soft skill to be able to negotiate strategically. I will embark on courses towards this regard.

    Time management is very vital and must be taken seriously to ensure effective implementation. Timelines,milestones and deliverables must be met and done with. This gets me to embrace my to-do -list where I make sure all activities for the day is systematically displayed for focus purpose. Evacuees project must have a timeframe. I would not want to fail by not managing time.

    I must also have knowledge of the regulatory environment to ensure I don’t default. While learning from a mentor, the do’s and don’t’s.

    Ethic and standards are workable and unavoidable even to our personal selves.

    Continuing professional development cannot be underrated.
    We don’t stop learning. This will help close the gaps that is needed to be closed . Learning must take place for growth to happen.

    1. Understanding the Regulatory Environment– Since I am taking a **Project Management** course, i might need to deepen my knowledge of industry-specific regulations, particularly in sectors like energy, banking, or corporate social responsibility.

    2. Continual Professional Development– Keeping up with trends in HR, sales, and project management will enhance your career prospects. My **DEXA Project Management course** is already a step in this direction. Additional certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) could further boost my expertise.
