As an employee in a metal factory, technology has greatly increased and improved our work efficiency and time rate as most of our equipment is mechanized. Competitions have also impacted our productivity to satisfy our clients. Environmental crises/factors such as rain and thunder hurt our productivity by reducing our work time.
Currently in my country, the economic change has put a strain on business in the sense that we struggle to still give quality and serve or clients at prices that are fair and friendly.
