Also, competition matters a lot, aside from that most times it’s discouraging, but it also serves as a driving force for a project manager.

    1. A project manager is necessary in out society today due to the complexity of activities that need to be addressed. Social and Political Changes
      The instability in the economy of Nigeria has led to massive brain drain and that alone keeps dropping the school population each term. Parent are relocating abroad with their families for a better life.
      The impact of Russia-Ukraine war affected the cost of fuel which badly impacted our running expense on generated. This propelled us to embrace the use of gas to power the generating set at a reduced cost.

The upheaval posed by globalization, climate changes, competition and telecommunication will serve as a wake up call for all PMs to develop the gritty approach towards every challenging situations been faced eith in the initiation, implementation and execution of projects with respect to the designated timelines of completing the project.

Due to technological advancements globally, competition is on the rise in organizations/ industries, political changes, environmental problems, ..etc, we as PM must keep an eagle’s eye out in order to maximize opportunities where there are problems to solve, we look to use Pm methods whichever works in any complex situation. Problems can generally be solved still due to advancements of technology, one will have several perspective of the problem at hand.

It’s also important to foster a culture of learning and adaptability within organizations, as the ability to respond to changes in the external environment is becoming a competitive advantage
