Political issues and policy has a great effect at the consultancy firm where I work, making it difficult for us to get new projects. Also High Cost of Operation due to Global issues have a significant impact on our Organisation, in terms of making profit which will effect the growth and development of the Organisation.
Organizations in the development space such as ours are grappling with scarcity of resources including limited funding, this has influenced how we undertake the projects that are supported by our like-minded partners. We have strived to ensure that we fall in love with all the processes as laid down in our workplans and nurture relationships between the organizations and the donors for a sustained partnership. We also ensure we deliver real projects if supported by our development partners, this helps us to be in good books with our donors and in the change-making space.
Technology has positively affected my organization. We have moved to more efficient ways of doing carrying out tasks and projects. More effective and faster ways of communication.
Political change has been a major factor affecting my business. The price of buying raw materials for production has become extremely difficult, we now have to minimize profit to survive.
Big global issues affect the cycle of a project in all facets. Some global issues make projects easier while some make them harder. For example, technology has made project management and teamwork easy while pandemics and wars have made managing projects harder.
Technology is a great advantage in making project process move smoothly and also disrupt your progress. Technology makes the process easy by making researchers gain access to useful material to make the process smooth and at the same time slow the process of your progress. Environmental factors also have a crucial role in playing for your progress with your project, it can easily influence the success of your project and also low the process especially when the environment is not favourable. It is always good measures to be taken considering the above factors for a favourable result in your project.

In my organization technology has made our operations easier thereby given our projects a huge boost. However, constant change in social, political and environmental factors has always determined the progression of our projects.
Competition is inevitable in our world. It is like blood fueling the growth of an organisation and at the same time determining the capacity of the organisation.
