How a company understands and responds to this complexity influences the projects it chooses to undertake and how it handles them.
This week, we begin by examining frameworks that help us grasp this intricate world. These frameworks guide our actions, responses, and decision-making in the face of complexity.
Next, we delve deeply into various methods and practices for managing projects when faced with uncertainty, instability, and change. These methods include linear approaches and life cycles, often known as the waterfall method, as well as iterative or agile approaches. You will explore the pros and cons of these methods, as well as the ongoing debates about them.

Global challenges and technological progress have transformed the operational landscape of organizations today. From the impact of the pandemic, which has accelerated remote work, to the integration of AI altering certain job roles, these factors have both simplified certain tasks and alleviated workloads within various organizations. Furthermore, they have spurred the development of new tools and strategies for engaging target audiences. In my profession, the utilization of social media has notably boosted sales without necessitating physical presence, enabling seamless connectivity with customers from the convenience of my home.
The mindsets of people are changing due to technological advancements and environmental changes. These can create completely new problems to solve/projects to take on, the approaches used to solve the problems can also be affected.
Technology has the ability to make our mar an organization. Technology advances and as such individuals and organizations are expected to evolve and advance too.
Technology has caused a major shift in my organisation. We have had to make use of cloud data computing and AI generated tools which we have had to learn in order to remain agile. I personally had to learn data analytics to be able to make the necessary switch as it relates to data collection and data analytics
Global issues and technological advancement has reshaped how organizations are run now.
From the pandemic, increasing the rate of work from homes, to the use of AI (artificial intelligence) reshaping some people’s job. These have also made it easier in carrying out some Jobs and reduce workloads in some organizations. It also brought about the creation of more tools and ways of reaching out to your target audience. In my line of work, social media has brought up increased sales without having the leave the comfort of my home and easily connecting to my customers

The impact of technology over an organization cannot be forgotten or be overlooked. Technology can either mar or make any organization. As the world is going global now, every set of an organization has one or two things to do with technology to make the development more easy.
Also environmental change cannot be overlooked, take for instance the case of dollar rate going on in the world right now, it’s affecting every part of the country will all organizations inclusive. There is an high cost of buying stuffs, high cost of maintaining livelihood and even high cost of survival which is definitely affecting the income flow of organizations and even the welfare of the workers in the organization as well.
There are a plethora of global factors affecting how organizations are run. Technology has greatly distrupted ways of doing things. Things are done at much faster pace than ever and organizations have to catch up to be able to thrive. Social and political changes impact heavily on activities of organizations. In my clime, a lot of adjustments have had to be made to accommodate the various economic changes that have occurred in the last few years- even as recent as last few months- affecting cost of production and service delivery so as to continue to be viable as a business.
The impact if technology on organizations remains the most pronounced in recent times especially as it shapes the expectation of funders and key stakeholders in project delivery. In the case of my organization, it shapes the way we think, work and network with others as work tools continue to require upgrade to be able to cope with fast changing work climate. this requires continuous learning and re-learning on a continuous basis.
I consider technology a critical aspect everyone must consider before making any personal decision or for the organization. For instance, using technology during research in data collection for the project might reduce the time it may take when you don’t use technology.
Social and political changes are a major concern for decision-making during the project management process; they help make long-lasting decisions and valuable project results.

Competition:-for any organisation or business to survive, it need health competition among the people you are in the same space. This will help the organisation or a business to be on top of there games.
For organisation to thrive in this economy , government need political will to put some productive policy in the place.
