These methods include linear approaches and life cycles, often known as the waterfall method, as well as iterative or agile approaches. You will explore the pros and cons of these methods, as well as the ongoing debates about them.

In my organization, global issues like technology has really impacted the way we do things, basically almost everything we do has been moved to the online space, although it has it advantages like having a larger customer base, the ease in record keeping, it still has it own disadvantages, although the social and political changes has affected the organization because of the rules and changes been put in place, but this has also helped us to think of a more better way to handle projects in line with the current happening
Every profession has to work hard in making research looking for easy and innovative way to handle a lot of issues as day-by-day things change technology is shaping our world so as a project manager, I need to search for innovation to make my project easy and be able to deliver quality work at stipulated time.
In my company, we’ve been impacted because technology for instance, is ever evolving and we’ve had to make several changes to adapt to the times and trends. Like the use of social media with all its complexities, to push sales. It is no longer about just word of mouth and who you know but also pushing boundaries to create visibility where you can’t physically get to.
In the telecom industry, we have had to pay more attention to after work waste management that may impact the environment. Attention is being paid to emerging technologies that improve energy consumption thereby reducing cost of each project and making the whole process more efficient.

Global issue has affected the organization in which I work in such a way that we are looking forward to adopt Technology in our system which we believe will enhance more visibility for our product, create an easy access for customers to reach us and it will also enhance the easy management of the organization as we will be able to track our goods
