I see artificial intelligence and technology fulling taking over HR
As the HR landscape evolves, companies must remain agile and responsive. Strategies for the future include engaging employees efficiently, fostering daily virtual interactions for remote employees, providing training and career development opportunities and regularly checking employee mental health
HRM is really an important part of any organization and it should not be taken slightly but diligently

Ability to use more advanced technology to improve the environment for working
As HR is the Bedrock of any organisation, now we dive into a contemporary word of digital skills where AI is taking the high percentage of workforce in many organisation. So, I think the Human intelligence and skills must be upgraded and measured in order to compete with the new digital and AI trends.

One of the most trends I see coming up in the future and will likely takeover the place of the HR position is AI. This might eventually drive the efficiency of humans in various organisations into extinction.
