Various definitions of the concept of quality have been put forward.
One generic definition (Pass, 2006b) is as follows:
The overall characteristics of a product or service that fulfill the requirements of customers in terms of quality.
This definition aligns with the viewpoint of Joseph Juran, who, in the 1950s, defined quality as ‘fitness for use’ (as quoted in ASQ, 2019).
This definition is largely consistent with the definition of quality provided by APM (2019, p. 214):
The suitability for the intended purpose and the degree to which the output of a process or the process itself conforms to the requirements.

In order to achieve quality of a project(fit to use)- it is very important to achieve the low hanging fruits which is the time and cost. Time is of essence, if quality time is not invested in a project or product, it would affect its overall quality. Similarly, if the right investment in terms of money is not invested, it would also affect the overall quality.
I agree with the following:
*Quality should be focused on the customers needs
*Quality should be considered from the beginning of the project
*The execution phase of a project is the most critical to achieve quality targets
*Quality issues should be discussed openly to find corrective actions.
Quality should be considered from the project’s inception.
The execution phase of a project is important for achieving quality goals.
Quality issues should be openly discussed to identify corrective actions.
From the study on developing a broder view on projects, it’s shows that the members of a project team often focus on just getting the work done on time and within budget then playing less attention to the most critical thing that will enable them achieve a success in their project .
So the statement i agree with about quality is as follows:
*Quality should be considered from the beginning of the project since it’s being neglected
*Quality issues should be discussed openly to find corrective actions
I agree that
1. Quality should be considered from the beginning of the project.

As a project manager, identifying your goals in every project is crucial which includes the quality of your project, as it will help you deliver a positive output.
i agree this point to this points:
1:Quality should prioritize the customer needs
2:The execution phase of a project is crucial for achieving quality goals.
3:Quality should be considered from the project inception.
Quality is an essential element of any activity. It is important to note that the absence of quality tends to defeat the genuine purpose of the subject.
However, I agree that:
1. A project can only achieve success when quality has been prioritized when delivering on the customer’s needs.
2. Quality should be considered from the project’s inception.
Quality matters should be discussed when targets are being set at the onset. This will bring about a very smooth execution process with high-quality outcomes.
