As much as i strongly believe that clients or customers have their opinion when it comes to the issue of quality, however, i believer even stronger that quality should be an internal factor that serves as a motivation for the project team. when quality becomes a trade mark of an institution or group or even individual project executors, the clients or customer will be relaxed in dealing with such entity.
take for instance, the premium that people place on Apple products is as a result of details to unique qualities which they possess. and anyone can comfortably take an Apple phone and wont be bothered so mush as the theft of it despite the cost, becaue of its internal quality policies.
