  1. In communicating with the stakeholders if vital to the progress of any project. It is essential in planning a project from inception to completion stage.
It aids in knowing the clients needs, views and wants which is being liase to different stakeholders in other to get the best, better possible way to go forward on any project..

  2. As a creative manager in my organisation, I apply active listening to be able to understand the needs and challenges of the stakeholders ,then I give practical suggestions where necessary. As the project moves forward,I pause at the beginning of next stage to communicate the progress of the project and ask if there’s any adjustments where necessary. When challenges arises,I make sure to find proper solutions to it,but once all measures are exhausted, I communicate the challenges to the stakeholders and together we all can ponder on it and find solutions where needed.

  3. In my current organizational context, I find that adapting communication styles based on stakeholder influence and interest is vital for project success. The strategy that applies best to my situation is:

Active Listening and Empathy: When dealing with internal teams, I prioritize understanding their technical constraints first. This builds trust and ensures that the requirements I communicate are realistic and achievable.

  4. As the Learning Support Lead in my current organisation, I ensure that all information and communication are effectively channeled to the appropriate teams.
Key stakeholders including administration, technical support, and tutors are consistently kept informed and up to date.

I also coordinate student information sessions and schedules in collaboration with parents, ensuring alignment across all parties.
This structured approach enables teachers and team members to stay well informed, fostering seamless communication and efficient operations across the organisation.
