In their experiences of hard decision making in carrying out a project; language barrier, scarcity of materials and the temptation of terminating projects at early stage were their major problems but they were able to navigate through by involving all the relevant persons and being strategically placed on the path to succeed which is pivotal.
Ensuring that the project are carried out effectively bad successfully.
The three scholars used different methods that works for them ,like breaking the language barrier to achieve that project is actually a difficult decisions.
I think they did what was considered best in their different perspective for the project, finding a way to get the project completed irrespective of the challenges, breaking language barrier to achieve project goals and terminating a project that has been critically accessed that it will not pull through instead of pushing ahead and meeting with failure along the way.
The vital thing is for them to complete the project irrespective of the barriers.
The most important thing to them was to see that the project is carried successfully, irrespective of the language barrier.
Different projects managers have their approaches. But the three scholars were able to achieve their goals .
The project manager knew when terminate the project which is not easy cause team members have invested a lot of time and efforts, but you have to terminate it due to technical issues or other reasons.
Project manager must learn to solve the problem of it’s clients.
Prioritising their clients, letting the project team know the the reason for the commencement of the project in the first place and by making sure that you drop your ego when discussing with them in dealing with the difficulties.
Communication is also very crucial at this time and also ensure that there is a collaborative approach to the problems
The project manager’s decision to terminate the project early reflects their prioritization of alignment with goals, resource efficiency, stakeholder satisfaction, and risk management. In a different context, their actions would be shaped by the specific values, priorities, and constraints of that situation.
The importance for them in taking the decision was their ethics and standards
the had the ability to manage the situation, and adapting to the current decision . This should be one of the qualities of a good project manager
