From their stories, what I learnt to be their ultimate goal was
1. Maintain the values of the project company
2. To learn from their mistakes
3. To leave an impact even though it was challenging
The three project managers faced tough decisions, but their ultimate goal was the same: to find immediate solutions that ensure the project success and customer satisfaction.

The three expert gave their best in making them have a successful outcome, which I believe different project have different approaches but similar decisions can be made for them.
What was important for them in taking the decision they took was to make sure the Project runs smoothly to the satisfaction of their clients, and also to adhere to the decision clients concerns and instruction.
They may or may not act differently in a different context because the main goal is to satisfy the client requests and for the Project to run smoothly.
The three expert took challenge up to themselves and they triage differently with the decision they took. The fact that they had to communicate with different people from different walks of life. They were still able to communicate effectively with the stakeholders.
Putting the interest of their client at mind, they were able to achieve set out goals despite the language barrier which poised as a challenge. This is commended and shows that things can be achieved if one percent interest in put into it.
The three scholars had different approaches to the problem poised to them,their methods of handling it was effective.in my opinion, their approaches was good in handling the suitations.
The three scholars did what was deemed fit to do to mitigate the situation in their perspective for the project. They found a way to get the project completed despite the challenges.
Overcoming the language barriers to complete the project goals.
The three project managers had different scenarios that involved taking difficult decisions.
however, my observation was that the main goal was how to bring up immediate solutions to ensure that the goal 0f the project is achieved.
