Each expert had their experiences and difficulty but they all made the best decisions needed to be made at that point while putting the interest of their clients in mind. Tho this same decision may not apply in an entirely different situation but it is safe to safe the experience has shown that making difficult decisions is part of the job and properly handling lose ends too
One need to be very careful in order not to make a decision that will tarnish the company’s image. So, we need thinking before making decisions. Also ending a project before being completed can be disheartening.
They would not act differently, in a situation where an ongoing project is stopped abruptly after a long of efforts and work has be put in place. Compromising personal engagement as pa project manager, collaborating with the project team and strengthening relationships helps in such situations.
Ending a project before being completed can be painful, and making decisions on situations can be difficult, but decisions have to be made regardless.
From the video, they all made positive decisions during tough situations and they were able to do this by prompt communication with their team, and this positive decision brought about a perfect solution for that difficult situation.
In my own observation, in any difficult situation or challenges, be it language barrier, having to terminate a project early, even when though a lot of work and effort was made already, it’s so difficult.
But one thing is certain , they all decide to find solutions.
As a project manager facing difficult challenges, you have to be positive in finding a solution, you have to spend some time together with the team and everyone, you will have to work together to get the positive solutions .

In decision-making, one needs to be careful so as not to make a decision that will tarnish the company’s image. So, we need critical thinking to make decisions.
Though making decisions in difficult situations are tea tough. But decisions has to be made.
The three experts made difficult decisions but they also provided solutions.
From my observation…. In any difficult situations or complicated projects try to be positive at all times for a good outcome as a project manager
The experiences of the experts were difficult but decisions needed to be made nonetheless while putting the interest of their clients in mind. They were able to achieve set goals despite the challenging language barrier. This is highly commendable as the integrity of one of the experts was proved when she had to terminate a project after proper analysis and communication with the stakeholders involved. It shows success can be achieved even when constructive compromises are proposed.
From The stories/experiences of the experts, these were actually difficult decisions, but in a bit to deliver successfully, they had to be flexible and i think at some point , some made a compromise.
