communication appears to be one their most effective tool, it is very daunting the way the three expert project Managers engaged the tool of communication in ending projects and managing critical situations arising from projects.
The decision to be transparent and understanding when crisis steam among stakeholders and team mate is one amazing decision I saw them make consistently in handling situations.
Certainly, I will do same if I were in their positions.
I think that the decisions taken stemed from taking a critical look at what the ultimate goal was and deciding on the best way to achieve it. Also, having a set guideline helps when faced with the issue of canceling a project. Lastly, proper communication with stakeholders and team members aids better delivery of project.
I think I would have made a similar decision when faced with those kind of situations.
I think they both handled the situation well.terminating a project can be difficult but if detected early it can save alot of time and energy. Communication is also very important you have to convincingly Tell your stakeholders why you would to pull out of the project and trust us also very fundamental if they trust you then they would also trust your process.
I like the way they handled the issues.
I would have made same decision if I were in their shoes.
I think these project managers made the best decisions in their various projects. I also agree with the female PM on comprising in some things which led to the stakeholders trusting her. Dealing with distrust from stakeholders could lead to a project ending disastrously.

As a project manager it is best to keep in mind the reason for the project in the first instance, so that making a difficult decision whether to cancel the project, or not will be much more easier taken.
In a situation when a cancelling the project is the case, I believe the project manager should give reasons to his or her stakeholders why the project should continue to it completion, and recommend possible solution to the issue that might hinder the project from being completed. In addition maintaining a good relationship with the project stakeholders is key, as it strengthen the PM ability to get referral for future project and also learn how to adapt when similar experience occurs. Above all the project manager should ensure excellent service to his project stakeholders.
However the three expert had to take a critical decision towards the project(whether to terminate the project or seek for an alternative solution) which must have been carefully analysed.

Although each expert had their own challenges and experiences, they all made the best choices possible at the time while keeping their clients’ interests in mind. it is acceptable to state that the experience has demonstrated that making tough decisions and appropriately resolving loose ends are both aspects of the job as a project manager. Even though the same choice would not apply in a completely different circumstance.
I would have made same decision in the same cases, and of course after I had given a lot of thoughts into it and made sure its the best decision at that point.
