The most important thing to them was to ensure that the project was executed successfully irrespective of language barrier. PMs haves different approaches in completing a project, which is Important,one must know the ethics of any project that a PM want to complete so as to collaborate well in reaching the goals of a project at hand.
Also I believe a Project manager should have a problem solving skill and this will help them make the needed decisions at every needed time. The rigidity of values sometimes makes one blind to impending danger. Finding a way around making sure you deliver your project should be considered even when upholding your values.
